In the book, the author, with the help of now-published secret documents, proves that Slovenian Marta KOS, the current European Commissioner for Enlargement, was a collaborator of the communist secret police (Udba). Marta Kos has publicly and persistently denied this before Slovenian and European parliamentarians, lying with determination.

The original Slovenian title of the book is KOMISARKA.
